Return & Exchange Policy

OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects. If you bought a defective item, please return it to us. Our team will inspect the returned item to determine if it has manufacturing defects. While we’re evaluating, we will send you updates via email. If the item has defects, we will replace it, extend a store credit, or refund your payment. The choice is yours. The next section will tell you how to return defective items. Returns / Exchanges

Apart from defective items, you may also return an item if you want to exchange it for another color, size, or “product gender” (that is, from male to female or vice versa) subject to availability. To be eligible for return, exchange, or refund,

a. you must, within 7 days from your receipt of delivery, lodge a request by emailing us at returns.whitecoatmanila@gmail.com
b. the item must be in the state you received it—new and unworn with the tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of worn, damaged, or mishandled merchandise. For defective items, please also tell us if you prefer a replacement, store credit, or a refund. For exchanges, please let us know the color or size that you prefer. For “product gender” replacement requests, if you return a “male product” we will replace it with a “female product” and vice versa. Requests to change an item’s color, size, or “product gender” are subject to availability of the desired color, size, or “product gender.” Unless there’s a manufacturing defect or defect in our workmanship, we do not accept the returns of custom-made / made to measure products, final sale merchandise (like embroidered items or discounted items) and products that you want to return for “change of mind” reasons.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items eligible for return, exchange, or refund must be send to White Coat Manila, 1018 L&R Building, Arnaiz Avenue, Barangay San Lorenzo, Makati City, Philippines, 1223.

Store Credit
When your item/s for return or exchange are validated and deemed for issuance of Store Credit, a Store Credit Code will be issued to you via email. Store Credit amounts are single use only. Any amount issued as Store Credit must be consumed in totality during the new transaction and may not be carried over to any other transaction. In such cases that the Store Credit is unable to cover the total amount of the new order, the customer must settle the balance through any of the payment methods available on our payment gateway. Should the amount of the Store Credit be over the amount of the new transaction or expire, the amount will be forfeited in favor of White Coat Manila.

Consumers may opt for a refund for items with manufacturing defects or sold-out items. For defective items, a refund will be issued once we have received your returned item and we determined that it has manufacturing defects. For sold-out items, a refund will be issued if the item you ordered is out of stock. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except for items with manufacturing defects.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on its processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Cancellation Policy
All items successfully purchased through our website www.whitecoatmanila.com are considered final transactions and cannot be canceled for whatever reason.
