Where are your products made?

We are proud to say that our products are 100% made in the Philippines by highly skilled Filipinos.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Currently, our standard lead time is on or before 15 business days for orders without embroidery services and 25 business days for orders with embroidery services. If they are done much earlier than expected we will definitely send your orders sooner.

Can I order a different sized top and pants and vice versa?

Most definitely! You may choose to order your items separately.

How much for your White Coats & MoveTechⓇ Scrubs?

Do you make Made-To-Order Scrubs and White Coat?

Yes, we do accept made-to-measure orders! Click here!

Do you accept Team / Bulk Orders?

Definitely! A team or bulk order is considered 30 sets and above. Kindly email whitecoatmnl@gmail.com

Do you offer plus size scrubs?

We recently launched our XL for women! Please do refer to our size charts for reference. Should you be interested, we do offer custom made services. Kindly email whitecoatmnl@gmail.com

Will you be offering bigger sizes in the future?

Do you have a Size Chart?

Yes, we do! We provide Size Charts in each product page. Click the Size Chart button in each Product Page.

How do your sizes wear?

Our clothing is in line with international standards. So long as you fall in the range of a specific size, you're good! Kindly check our size chart for more information.

I am in between sizes, what size would you recommend I order?

For a snug fit you may go 1 size down and for a more relaxed fit you may go one size up.

Embroidery

Do you provide Embroidery Services?

Yes, we do! We offer Name and Designation Embroidery as well as Hospital Logo Embroidery Services. All items ordered with embroidery services are final sale.

What's the Lead Time for the Embroidery?

Our standard embroidery lead time is 7-10 Business Days on top of the standard lead time.

What White Coat Manila Products can I get embroidered?

A lot! We offer Name and Designation Embroidery as well as Hospital Logo Embroidery Services for Movetech® scrub tops & White Coat Pro+®.

Do you offer back embroidery?

Yes we do! Kindly select the back embroidery option on our website and fill in the text you would like.

What is the maximum number of characters for name & designation embroidery?

There is a 30 character limit including spaces per line for name and designation embroidery.. This is done to ensure the quality and legibility of your name and designation.

My Logo is not part of your database, could I have one made? How much would it cost? How do I proceed?

We most definitely can make a custom logo for you. A programming fee of Php1,500* will be charged apart from the embroidery fee of Php550.00 per piece of clothing to be embroidered. For logos which are currently not found on our database, we charge a One Time Programming Fee of Php1,500.00 per logo design. Kindly select CUSTOM LOGO and add to bag. You will be charged with the embroidery fee per item of Php550.00. Kindly email us your custom logo at whitecoatmnl@gmail.com for further instructions and applicable charges.

Payments

Do you accept cancellations of orders?

All sales are final. Cancellations of orders are not accepted.

What are your Modes of Payment?

We offer several payment options such as credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) and online payment platforms like GCash & GrabPay.

Do you have Cash-On-Delivery?

Currently, we do not offer Cash-On-Delivery arrangements.

Can I request for an official receipt?

We issue automated BIR registered Sales Invoices for every order as our products are classified as goods. Official Receipts are issued for Services.

How do I request for a Sales Invoice?

Kindly input your company name and TIN number on the spaces provided for in the Shipping Address before you checkout.

Do you issue manual official receipt/sales invoice?

Since our system is fully automated, we are unable to issue manual receipts. Kindly input your company name and TIN before checkout.

Order Changes

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

Requests for changes in color, design, size and gender are accepted within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached and the state you received them in (including its complete packaging). We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Can I change the embroidery details of my order? (Name & Designation, and Logo)

Can I change my shipping details?

We are sorry this happened, and we have definitely been there. We understand that mistakes happen and we want to do whatever we can to get your order to you ASAP.

We can accommodate changes in shipping details for as long as the order has not been turned over to our courier. Kindly email your correct shipping details to returns.whitecoatmanila@gmail.com at the soonest possible time. If the order has already been turned over by our Packing Team to our courier, we will be unable to accommodate any changes. Your order will automatically be returned to our packing facility if it is not received in your original shipping address.

Should you wish to have your order re-sent to your new address, we will have to wait for your order to arrive at our packing facility and you will have to settle the cost of re-delivery and a Php200.00 surcharge for the additional processing of your order. Kindly ensure that you or an authorized representative is available to receive your order.

If I commit a mistake on my shipping details, what is the process to correct it?

The simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address before placing your order.

Order Process

1. Upon successfully ordering through our website and receiving confirmation from our payment gateway Pesopay, you will receive an automated payment confirmation via email in the email address you designated. (Please make sure you entered the correct email address in the order form.)

2. When your order is ready, an automated email will be sent to you informing you that your order is on its way. This message includes the tracking number of your order from our designated courier. Please expect your order to be updated on the courier’s website within 24 hours after receiving the email. This gives ample time for your order to arrive at the courier’s sorting facility.

Delivery

What modes of delivery do you offer?

Currently, all orders are delivered by our local courier partner LBC Express Inc.

How much is your Shipping Fee?

For our Local Courier Shipping Fees its P200 (Luzon Area), P300 (Visayas Area) and P400 (Mindanao Area). Shipping Rates and Lead Time may vary for Bulk Orders.

What's your Shipping Lead Time?

Shipping Lead Time is dependent on our local courier LBC. You may visit their website at https://www.lbcexpress.com

When will I be informed that my order is on the way to me?

An email will be sent to you with a tracking number from our courier once your order is ready. Kindly ensure that you or an authorized representative is available to receive your order.

Our courier does not inform / call you of their visit on the day of delivery which is why it is best for you to set a delivery address that will have someone who can receive your order.

In case your package was not successfully delivered due to non-receipt, closed office / home, our courier will attempt to redeliver your order the following day. However, after the 2nd unsuccessful attempts to deliver, the courier will automatically return your order to our packing facility.

Should you wish to have your order re-sent to your new address, we will have to wait for your order to arrive at our packing facility and you will have to settle the cost of re-delivery and a Php200.00 surcharge for the additional processing of your order.

Can I have multiple orders delivered together?

In compliance with international standards, we process orders individually on a first come first serve basis.

Return and Exchange Policy

What's your return and exchange policy?

Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached and the state you received them in (including its complete packaging). We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Should your preferred item for exchange be unavailable, a Store Credit can be extended which you may use on your next order.

How do I start the exchange process?

Kindly email your request for returns / exchange to returns.whitecoatmanila@gmail.com to process your request. Our customer support team will validate your request and if deemed valid, will send you the link to our Returns & Exchange Online Form which you should accomplish if you wish to proceed. We will require you to send back the item for return/exchange at your own cost. Upon receipt of your item/s at our office a physical validation will be conducted. We reserve the right to accept or reject the request should they fail to comply with our terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.

How does the Store Credit work?

When your item/s for return or exchange are validated and deemed for issuance of Store Credit, a Store Credit Code will be issued to you via email. Store Credit amounts are single use only. Any amount issued as Store Credit must be consumed in totality during the transaction and may not be carried over to any other transaction.

What is your standard response time?

Please anticipate a reply from our Customer Support Team within 48 business hours (excluding Sundays & Holidays). Rest assured your concern will be addressed at the soonest possible time.

How many times can I exchange my order?

You may only exchange your ordered items once.
